The descriptions of the other models are just pulled from another source automatically, so I would guess this one is written differently because that cerakote color is a distributor exclusive. All models of the Wrangler are the same with the exception of the different finish colors and all should be CA compliant and roster-exempt due to being single action and meeting the barrel length and overall length criteria.
