Does Federal upland steel shot 12 gauge really do damage to the barrel? If so how many shells does it take before it starts to show significant damage. I have a landor bullpup Gen 2 12 gauge and wanted to break it in with a box of Federal upland steel shot 1400 FPS 1 oz, 2 3/4.

Earl, it actually does not in modern shotgun barrels Sir. I have been using Fiocchi Steel Shot in my VR80 and PW Arms BP12 12GA Bullpup with no issues whatsoever. Cheers and stay safe!
