No it's a 17 rd magazine
No unfortunately this carbine is not CA legal. In addition to the 17rd magazine it also has a detachable magazine and a threaded barrel. " ✘ Semi-automatic centerfire rifles that do not have a fixed magazine, but have any oneof the following features:: ○Pistol grip - a grip that protrudes conspicuously beneath the action of the firearm. ○Thumbhole stock ○Folding or telescoping stock ○Grenade or flare launcher ○Flash suppressor or flash hider/threaded barrel." No this is not California compliant cause it comes with 17rd magazines.
BENIGNO, yes & no as configured Sir. The feature that is restricting this rifle in CA is the 17rd Magazine. It would be legal without the magazine (which Buds can remove) as the Threaded Barrel does not disqualify it (just don't attach a Muzzle Device). Just follow the flowchart here : https://www.calguns.net/caawid/flowchart.html
Benigno, the only thing prohibiting this gun in CA is the 17 rd magazine. You can have it shipped without the mags and replace them with 10 rounders. If you follow this flow chart (https://www.calguns.net/caawid/flowchart.html) it will end up at the "Legal" box. The threaded barrel is a non issue.
