This ammo will work perfectly with M&P 380 EZ. However, I don't recommend using FMJ ammo for self-defense use...this is only good for target shooting and practice. Ammo by Federal, Hornady, SIG Sauer, Fiocchi, Remington, and Prvi Partizan are all very high quality! I hope this helps!

Lincoln, you just have to try different ammo & see what your gun likes. My 380EZ does not do well with Winchester.
