Phillip, if magazine capacity is the ONLY state restriction Buds personnel have offered to remove magazines. I would contact Buds Customer Service to see whether or not they will replace magazine (don't see 10rd in stock though) at 1-859-368-0371 9am-9pm EST Mon-Fri. or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and 9am to 7pm Sunday.

Phillip, Bud's will remove the 15 rd magazine, but will not replace it with a ten, that would be on you. If you go this route, during checkout, after you choose your FFL, a box will pop up asking if you want the magazines removed.
