Donald, yes it will. All AR-15 magazine in 5.56/.223 are interchangeable.

Yes these will work with a Ruger 556, I only use Magpul Pmags in my Ruger 556 MPR, I have a couple of Lancer mags too but they don't seem as well built as the Pmags, so I really only use the Magpul now.
