Frank, unfortunately it is not Sir. Cheers and stay safe! Details under Shotguns here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
That would not be permitted in NJ, I'm not sure how NJ would classify the capacity since it has the rotating magazine, some states classify each cylinder as a separate magazine, but capacity is not the only feature that can ban a shotgun in NJ. "The following are prohibited: ✘ A semi-automatic shotgun witheithera magazine capacity exceeding six rounds, a folding stock or a pistol grip." The pistol grip this tavor has is enough to make it a no go.
Frank, semi auto shotguns w/pistol grips are illegal in the Peoples Republik of NJ. https://www.budsgunshop.com/feeds/state_reg/new_jersey_restrictions.pdf
