Yes you can still get the rebate. The rebate is direct from smith and Wesson, and is good no matter where you buy the gun.

After buying the S&W download the rebate form form and fill it out. Send it to S&W with a copy of your receipt and the rebate will be mailed to you. All the info is on the S&W websight.
