Yes, this ammo will work in hi point 45acp. You can use other 45acp ammo in the hi point it doesn't have to be jacketed hollow point 45 acp full metal jacket ball ammo will work also . This ammo is not +p rated. That doesn't mean you can't shoot it in the hi point. The high point is capable of shooting +p 45acp. This ammo is standard 45acp not the higher pressure +p
