Kirk, sure you can use it, the question is, will your gun like it? The only way to know is to try it out, a couple of my handguns will not cycle this ammo reliably.

It will any marked 9mm, 9mm Luger, 9×19 will work. I'd buy a box or two and make sure it cycles fine but shouldn't have any issues. The sig p365 is a great pistol so don't foresee reliability issues.
