Does anybody know if I can shoot Buffalo Bore or underwood 10mm out of this 1911 pistol? And if so what pound recoil spring should I use

Shaun, I have an Iver Johnson 10mm and have shot Buffalo Bore, Underwood and Double Tap heavy loads. 20# ISMI springs is what I use.
