Raymond, this is a Brace rather than Shoulder Stock (makes it legal as a pistol) without having to pay a $200 NFA Stamp Tax and register and it is adjustable.

Raymond, it is a pistol brace, not a shoulder stock, and yes it does extend. It is not meant to be fired from the shoulder, hence the brace instead of shoulder stock, otherwise it would be a short barreled rifle.
