HK USP V1 9mm Blued Black Pistol
Ren, features look the same except weight and trigger pull weight Sir, but the 709001-A5 is CA DOJ Roster Approved. I do not see the model 81000309 on the CA DOJ Roster.

It is not listed by buds as CA compliant all CA Copliant HKs sold by buds are here (just 1 of them currently) https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/type/Handguns/exclusive/ca/manu/486
