All the info I could find says its not CR Eligible, it was 1st manufacturers by Zastava in 1970, which puts it into the 50+ years old category, which is what the requirement is for C&R, its also nowhere on the list of "Eligible" C&R guns on the BATF list that is current as of a couple weeks ago. The only thing I can think of is if it has been modified in anyway by Century arms for import compliance, that would DQ it from Eligible status. "Firearms automatically attain C&R status when they are 50 years old. Any firearm that is at least 50 years old, and in its original configuration, would qualify as a C&R firearm. It is not necessary for such firearms to be listed in ATF's C&R list. Therefore, ATF does not generally list firearms in the C&R publication by virtue of their age." Gus, unfortunately it is not C&R eligible. As a C&R License holder, I can attest to this. It will be treated as a standard handgun to be transferred through your local FFL Dealer. Cheers and stay safe!
