The Romeo Zero has an RMS footprint which is not the same as the Romeo 1 footprint (the optics ready P320 comes cut for a Romeo 1) So you would need an adapter plate, which oddly enough I couldn't find a plate, the Romeo 1 will fit the p320 with no plate needed, or there are RMR plates available to run Trijicon RMR, SRO, or a holosun 507C/508T That plate is available here https://www.trijicon.com/products/details/ac32088
