No this pistol just came out earlier this month, in order to be CA legal a gun has to be certified by the CA department of Justice, the CA DOJ has not added, new gun to the approved handgun roster in like 10 years. The original mp9, 1.0 shield is on the approved handgun roster, but its currently out of stock https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/83345
