No this does not have a folding brace ( it has a brace rather then a stock, as it is classified as a pistol) The brace is a "Tailhook Mod 2 adjustable brace" which is adjustable lengthwise but does not fold, "it features a telescoping latch mechanism giving the user 5 positions of use up to a 12.75" LOP. " It can be made to fold if you attach a law tactical folding brace adapter, but this is not included
