Omar, Sig lists this as coming with ROMEO ZERO with XRAY3 Front Sight. It comes with the Cover Plate but I would confirm Rear Sight with Sig Customer Service at 603-610-3000 option 1 Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm EST or by online inquiry here : https://www.sigsauer.com/customer-service-contact

The rear sights are attached to the cover plate. And yes it is included
