It seems like in busier times like these the trade in seems to take a back seat to the main business, it does seem like this is the current norm, I've seen people saying they submitted their trade in offer months ago, and are still waiting. You can try to Call buds during buissnes hours at 859-368-0371, 9am-9pm eastern Mon-Fri Or use the Blue Chat now button at the bottom right corner 9am to 9pm Mon - Sat and closed Sunday. But I'm not sure its going to get you very far.
