No. for a pistol to be legal in CA it has to be tested and certified compliant by the CA department of Justice. California hasn't let firearms manufacturers submit new handguns for nearly 10 years, so only Gen3 glocks are on the CA DOJ list. This glock 48 is a gen4. Your better bet is to get a gen3 G17, or G19 and have the slide milled for a reddot.
