Does this rifle (Ruger's 1301) come new with 1" scope rings?
Is the stock "American Walnut" as per Ruger's web site, or some other wood? Ruger reportedly used some substandard wood in 2014 & 2015.

This firearm wouldn't come with the rings, but is does come with the base.  The stock of the firearm should be American Walnut as well.
