Or you can contact Credova call 833-273-3682 to reach customer support during normal business hours of 6AM to 6PM PST.

Bennie, My last order confirmation last week took 4 days. They usually do this within 24 hours in normal times. Credova Customer Service may be able to give you a direct status at 833-273-3682. Cheers and stay safe!

When using Credova, after you sign the paperwork with them you have to finish the checkout on buds side to actually make the order. Signing it just has Credova sitting there with the money held aside waiting for an order number to be sent to them. Just go through checkout as normal, selecting Credova as the payment, and go all the way through and make the order. Once you do that you will get the order number/purchase confirmation from Buds.
