The link James provided is going to be your best bet, I looked on Several other sites that do barrel threading and most won't touch a 380 ppk, due to the barrel being pressed in, and the overall thinness of the barrel. I even looked for barrel replacements and there isn't much out there. ADCO used to do barrel threading fpr the 380 ppk but they now have "We do NOT remove pressed in barrels such as PPKs P7M8s etc" In their service descriptions.
