I'm pretty sure it wouldn't I have a magpul Moe SL stock on my AR and archangel stock on. My AK and I just compared them and the size and shape is way off. I think if you wanted to mount this on an AK stock you'd need to trim it and drill new holes in it but then again Archangel is made by promag so maybe magpul AK stocks are completely different.
