Anthony, yes Sir, it is a Pump and does not have the same restrictions in CA as Semi-Auto Shotguns. Cheers and stay safe!

The only restriction on pump action shotguns in CA , is magazine capacity, this is a tube magazine under 10 rounds so your good to go
