No not allowed in MA, buds can't sell any handguns to MA residents unless the handgun (this having a barrel of less then 16" is a pistol) Is on buds MA approved handgun list. This Pistol is not on the list. https://www.budsgunshop.com/search.php/exclusive/mass/manu/31
