If the 10rd version is in stock you should definitely see if buds will let you switch out to that one. If buds send the version with the 15 rd magazines they'd have to remove those non compliant magazines and send it with no magazines, you would then have to purchase 10 rd mags separately, if they send the model that comes with 10rd you get all your magazines.
