James yes Sir this is legal in Oregon, I've lived in Oregon for 39 years and Kate Brown (and her lib predecessors) and their liberal agenda have failed to inact any laws that would ban this shotgun, you couldn't use this for hunting, but plinking and home deffense your good lot of liberals here but there are alot of us that believe on freedom still. Oregunian WE WILL NOT COMPLY. Greetings from Springfield Oregon.
