Yes you can have firearms shipped to PR as long as they are compliant with you local laws as is with no need of modification, and Purchaser must be in possession of a valid Puerto Rico-issued Weapons License before placing an order for any firearm. Depending upon the type of license, the quantity and type of firearms able to be possessed or transferred will be limited.
