Yes this will fit the colt M4 it comes with buffer tube and buffer spring, everything you need to mount it to any standard lower receiver (like on the colt M4)

Zachary, yes Sir it will fit the Colt M4 no issue. This stock is Mil-Spec and so is the Colt M4. Cheers!
