It depends on the version Sir. Did the P94 you looked at have a DC after the P94 on the slide. If it did not it is a manual safety model. On a manual safety model after you decock it the decocker lever stays down & it is on safe until you push that lever up. You can't activate the hammer until the pistol is taken off safe. The pistol is a DA/SA with a long hard first pull of the trigger & a shorter trigger pull for every shot after. If it is a Decock only model after you decock it the lever will spring right back up & you can activate the hammer if you like.
