Requirements for a CCL will vary from state to state. Here in Oregon agree you take a CCL basics class ( these are available online or in person) you still have to go to the sherrifs office in the county you live in, to file application, pay the fees, and provide proof of class completion. USCONCEALEDONLINE.COM, CANNOT issue you a CCL, but if their class meets all the requirements in your state, they can offer you a certificate of completion to present during your CCL permit application. Id contact your local sherrifs office (or whoever issues permits in your area) to verify what the requirements are in your location, and see if that site meets those requirements.
