The rifle itself is good to go in NY, the magazine however is a 10rd magazine, which is not permitted in NY. You could order this rifle but you would have to request that bids remove the noncompliant magazine before shipping it. Buds will remove non compliant magazines bit they will not replace them with compliant ones so you'd have to purchase the 10rd magazines yourself.
