Yes that one's good to go in NJ
Mario, this is not NJ compliant. All Hi-Point 9mm carbines now come with threaded barrels, so along with the pistol grip, this is prohibited in NJ. Unless this is an older model with the non-threaded barrel, which I doubt, in is not NJ compliant. You can check w/Bud's customer service to see if this is an older model.
