Sharon, sorry but it is prohibited in the Peoples Republik of NJ, as it has too many 'evil' features. 1-Telescoping stock 2-Pistol grip 3-Threaded barrel 4-Flash hider. A semi-auto with detachable magazine can only have 1 of those features to be deemed legal in NJ.
