Can this model rifle be had with a 28" barrel? I'm pretty SURE that the longer barrel will increase muzzle velocity, accuracy, and all around knock-down POWER! AARRGGHH, ARRGGHH, ARRGGHH!!!! ("Tim Taylor"/ "Tool Time").

sorry its only available with the 24 inch barrel in 6.5 PRC you can get a 26 inch in 6MM creedmoor https://www.savagearms.com/content?p=firearms&a=product_summary&s=22599

Randy, unfortunately, 24 inches is it for the 6.5 PRC. Length is usually not a factor in actual accuracy on a rifle as a shorter barrel can be just as accurate although lower velocity and less range. Cheers and stay safe!
