Rifles and shotguns are sent to the ffl of your choice. They are not shipped directly to you. When it arrives at your ffl they will contact you to pick up. You will have to do a background check before taking receipt of firearm

Black powder rifles can ship directly to residents in some states, but other then that all other rifles must go to an ffl. Id contact a local gunshop to see if an ffl is required to ship black powder rifles to residents in your state
