This gun is not Legal in MD,, the barrel is under 16" and is therefore classified as a Pistol, for a pistol to be MD legal it must be on the MD approved handgun roster l, this one is not. Any 10rd AR15 magazine will fit in this pistol AR magazines fit pretty universally

except for the mag it is MD compliant You can have it shipped with no mag and be legal
