This says it is 10+1. Is it a smaller magazine somehow or is this a typo and it's really the standard 11+1 without the extended?

yes it is a lower capacity mag made so they can sell the Hellcat in states that restrict capacity to 10 the gun is the same and all other Hellcat mags fit and work

Michael, the magazine is exactly the same size as the 11rd mag and uses a thicker base plate spring retainer to block the capacity to 10rds for sale in capacity restricted states.  Cheers and stay safe!
