It will but this includes a weaver rail I'd spend a little more and get a midwest industries mount that includes a 1913 mil spec picatiny rail, it costs a little more but it is a quality mount and will be more reliable, durable, hold zero better, and the pic rail will be compatible with .ore optics then the weaver rail.
