Mark, yes Sir, Bolt Action Rifles do not have any restrictions in CT. Just Semi-Auto Rifles. Cheers and stay safe!

Yes good to go with this rifle, and agreed some of these state restrictions are just goofy, hopefully one of these days the SCOTUS will put a stop to the gun grabbers violations of our constitutional rights
