According to the Ruger forum, Ruger doesn't specifically make a cylinder for this pistol, but supposedly their wrangler cylinder they sell for the 22wmr version will work. Ruger doesn't recommend doing this so it would be at your own risk http://www.rugerforum.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?t=293235
