David, these will be fine in the Taurus 44 Magnum Revolvers. They are very sturdy pistols and are rated for "Heavy loads". Their design "proof' loads are higher pressure rounds than this load.

Taurus tests their revolvers at extremely high pressure that far exceeds Plus P, so any off the shelf 44mag ammo that fits in your cylinder can be shot from your revolver. However high pressure/heavy grain ammo being shot repeatedly over time always puts more strain on a firearm.
