Patrick, unfortunately no as it will not lock on the Mini-14 Magazine. This is Compatible with all AR platform mags both mil spec metal and molded plastic. A possible solution : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U6uvp90nm2U

sorry it is made for and only works with the AR15 mags
