Tim, yes Sir it will. The Ruger PC Carbine comes with two magazine wells. With the original one you can run Ruger SR9 Series 9mm magazines or Ruger Security-9 magazine, and with the other magazine well the Ruger PC Carbine will accept GLOCK-pattern double-stack 9mm magazines.
Yes this comes with an SR9 magwell installed, and a magwell for Glock magazines.
YES, it accepts all double-stack 9mm Glock 19 and 17 magazines. It Will not work with a single stack magazine. I hope this helps!
Tim, it will accept all but older Glock double stack mags. Older Glock® magazines that feature only one magazine latch slot may still be used with the PC Carbine™, but the magazine release button must remain on the left side of the rifle as shipped from the factory. The magazine release button should not be reversed when using this type of magazine as the magazine will not properly lock into the magazine well. Early versions of Glock®-brand magazines with a "U" shaped notch at the rear of the magazine feed lips will not function in the PC Carbine™
