NO, only fits Hi-Point 995 Carbine and Does Not Fit Hi-Point C9 pistols. C9 pistol magazines available HERE ( https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/48306 ) I hope this helps!

Gabriel, no, the Hi-Point C9 has a slightly different floor-plate and would need the Pistol version Mag here : https://www.budsgunshop.com/product_info.php/products_id/48306
