Ralph, this would change the classification of the Draco NAK9 AK Pistol to a (SBR) Short Barreled Rifle needing a $200 Tax Stamp and NFA Registration. A Brace Kit/Brace would still be classified as a Handgun/Pistol : https://rapidfiretek.com/product/century-draco-nak9-ak-pistol-stock-brace-adapter-kit/
It would fit but you are turning your Draco pistol into a Short Barreled Rifle (SBR) which needs a $200 NFA tax stamp and approval by ATF. You can get a brace instead. I hope this helps!
James and Trin are correct this item you are asking about is a stock, if your keeping it as a pistol you'll need a folding Brace bonus steel arms sells one https://bonesteelarms.com/Draco-Folding-Arm-Brace-FS-AB-DRC.htm ---------------------- And some of the Dracos need an adapter to run a brace or stock if yours needs an adapter Those are available here https://rapidfiretek.com/product/century-draco-nak9-ak-pistol-stock-brace-adapter-kit/ ------------------------ Jmac customs also sells a folding brace adapter in stock here https://www.jmac-customs.com/rsa-5-5/
