Without buds actually having an answer for that, you may just review and markings, stamps serial number, etc... on the pistols when you receive them and there are tons of forums and other information on the web about the various stamps and markings. Unless buds is able to give a direct answer to the military/police force that used them, that'd be a good starting point.

The vast majority of the surplus-type CZs that have come into the country in the past few years have been Israeli military\police sourced. My money would bet that these are the same.

Cz is made in Czechoslovakia, now known as Czech Republic, or Slovakia, they also have released certain products to be made in other countries, such as lsrael. Just like in WWII, the many Mosin Nagants were made in the US. Markings are placed on guns to show where they were made, there are books that you can buy, such as the 'Standard Directory of Proof Marks', that show where a gun was made.
