The red dot sight. The only difference between the two item is the red dot sight on it. 137653 comes with Shield SMSc Red Dot and 134469 comes with new HEX Wasp red dot sight. The HEX Wasp sight is newer (better in my opinion) than the Shield SMSc. I hope this helps!
Wadhah, the Optics are different. the Model 137853 comes with a Shield SMSc Red Dot and Model 134469 comes with a HEX Wasp Red Dot Sight. A difference between the SMSc and the Wasp is the SMSc is a polymer frame and a polymer lens. The Wasp has an aluminum frame and a glass lens so is a much better Optic. Cheers and stay safe!
Wadhah, the difference is $280..... but seriously, 137653 has Shield SMSc Red Dot and 134469 has HEX Wasp Red Dot.
