should be no problem with buds but your state laws will come into play. A better (safer) way would be Buds gift certificates for the price of each gun (especially if any of them live in a different state) and let them order it themselves
No legal issues if you plan to "Gift" these to kids. i personally would buy Buds Gift Cards and let each child pick and have their firearm shipped to them for transfer individually. They gotta start sometime.
